The Beaumont Suite consists of three rooms on the first floor of the New pavilion erected by the Frome Rugby Club. It consists of the Beaumont room some 65' x 30', the Presidents Room 30' x 25' and the Members Room 40' x 30'

All of these rooms are available for hire during the day and sometimes in the evenings.

The Suite has full bar facilities and toilets

There is also a car park for 150 vehicles

PRIVATE FUNCTIONS

The Beaumont Suite is an ideal setting for a private function.Whether it be a formal Wedding, a Birthday or Aniversary, a Christening Party or even a Childrens Party.

Annual Dinner and Dances for local societies and other organisations are also catered for giving you space for 120 to sit down to a dinner served to you by our friendly waiting staff, or if you prefer a buffet, a wide choice is on offfer.

If you are contemplating a function on any of the special dates i. e. Easter, Christmas or New Year it is advisable to make your enquiry well in advance to avoid disappointment.

If you are considering a small party or dinner and you are not sure of things, please contact our Marketing Manager or Clubhouse Manager who will be able to adviseand help you with any questions you may have.

We specialise in Christmas Parties and already have many bookings for the current year.

WEDDINGS

We are well aware of the high cost of getting married and can help with your arrangements to save you time and effort.

Whether you need a simple finger buffet, a seated buffet hot or cold or a full three or four course meal we are versatile and will adjust to your needs.

We can advise on the wines for the meal and the sparkling wine for the toasts.

If you are having a disco or entertainments in the evening we can arrange that for you together with suitable buffet
